Paula is helpful, calming, kind and thorough! She is professional and caring as well. Dee is also an excellent asset to NumberCrunchers! I had to change my tax person after 20 plus years of having someone fly from AZ to Simi each year to do my taxes, so i was actually very stressed about having a new experience, but Paula made it seamless!
